Terms of Service

ZAA Sports manufactures and supplies sports ground netting from Nawa Pind Road, Nawa Pind, Sialkot, Pakistan. We sell direct. Catalogue pages describe typical grades; the WhatsApp quote is the specification we will build to.

Prices shared on WhatsApp or by phone are workshop estimates based on the size, grade, and city you give us. A quote is not a contract until we confirm the order and, for custom work, receive the agreed advance. If dimensions or material change, the price may change.

Custom-sized nets usually need a 50% advance to start production. We send video proof when the panel is ready. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Standard-size items may ship faster when they are in stock. We do not process card payments on this website.

Custom panels typically take about 4–5 days to manufacture. Standard sizes are often ready in 1–2 days, subject to workload. We dispatch across Pakistan and can export. Transit time after handover to cargo is outside our control.

Nets cut to your measurements are made to order. They cannot be returned because of a change of mind or a measuring error on your side. If we shipped the wrong grade or size against a confirmed specification, contact us promptly and we will put it right.

We install where it is practical, depending on access, weather, and ground condition. Rooftop work may use bamboo or iron frames as agreed. Site safety and existing structures remain the customer’s responsibility unless we have agreed in writing to take that on.

You are welcome to visit the workshop at Nawa Pind Road, Nawa Pind, Sialkot during Mon – Sat: 09:00 – 19:00 PKT. Message us first so someone is free to show cord grades. A visit does not by itself create an order.

Product photos, project images, and copy on this site belong to ZAA Sports unless stated otherwise. Do not copy the catalogue for resale. Website availability is provided as-is; quotes and orders go through WhatsApp or phone, not through an online checkout.

We manufacture to the grade and size confirmed in the order. We are not responsible for damage from incorrect installation by others, unsuitable support structures, or use beyond the agreed sport and load. Our liability for a proven manufacturing fault is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the amount paid for that item.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled in the first instance by talking to the workshop. Formal claims, if needed, will be brought in the courts of Sialkot unless the law requires otherwise.
